My
Role
Brand Strategist & Creative Director
WHAT I DID
- Built the marketing strategy around the group’s actual business goals and growth opportunities.
- Started the group’s social media presence from scratch, including the overall communication and content direction.
- One of the biggest challenges was figuring out how to make a law firm feel approachable and interesting, without making it look less professional or trustworthy.
- Turned complicated legal topics into simple, relatable content that people could actually understand and engage with.
- Built an internal workflow system to organize marketing activities, leads, responsibilities, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Connected that system with the website, campaigns, lead generation, and business development, so everything works as part of the same journey.
- Shaped the website’s role in the journey from building trust to generating potential clients.
- Developed campaign directions based on real acquisition goals, then worked closely with the Media Buyer to execute, test, and improve performance.
- Built a B2B targeting approach to identify relevant companies and decision-makers.
- Organized the process of finding prospects, reaching out, following up, and developing potential business opportunities.
- Worked on the lawyers’ personal branding, giving each professional a stronger and more credible presence online.
- Improved coordination between the Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams by creating clearer workflows and responsibilities.
THE IMPACT
- Generated 70+ interested client leads through campaigns developed under my direction and executed together with the Media Buyer.
- Achieved an 80% increase in client acquisition within one month through targeted Google Ads campaigns.
- Built the group’s social media presence from the ground up, giving the brand a clearer and more approachable digital identity.
- Created an internal system that made it easier to organize leads, responsibilities, follow-ups, and collaboration between teams.
- Most importantly, connected the different parts of the marketing process social media, website, campaigns, leads, and business development instead of treating each one as a separate task.
How I Built It
Understand the Business → Build the Strategy → Create the Right Positioning → Build Social Media → Connect the Website → Run Campaigns → Generate Leads → Organize Them Internally → Develop Opportunities → Grow
